The congregation of Hope Lutheran Church approved the new Constitution and Bylaws at the March 2, 2008 congregation meeting. Under the new constitution, the church's leadership structure is changed from a Church Council to three teams. Staff, Management and Vision Teams.

The new leadership model was designed to help Hope operate more efficiently by empowering people to lead in various positions. The new leadership model is pictured below.
