The Call Committee for the position of "Pastor of Student and Family Life" was appointed in early December following the congregational approval on November 23rd to proceed with this process. The Northwest Ohio Synod is in receipt of a completed congregational profile form so that pastors interested in the position will have a better idea of what Hope is all about, what we value and where we are. The committee is currently ready to review and schedule interviews with interested individuals that have read the job description and feel that God is calling them to Hope.

Members of the Call Committee include Steve Collier, Chair, with Fred Bretzloff, Brenda Duffey, Andy Evans, Margaret Hentges, Nick Hentges, Eric Krupp, Jon Patberg, Sarah Puffenberger and Julie Walter.

The congregational meeting to authorize the call for Laura was held on Sunday, June 28. At that meeting, the congregation unanimously approved the recommendation to extend the Call. Laura is expected to accept the Call and will begin her ministry at Hope in early August.
